Before founding ROARK, Eric carved out a distinguished career leading financial strategy and transformation across industries. From his early days at Ernst & Young to serving as CFO for emerging and middle market companies, he’s helped businesses navigate acquisitions, optimize performance, and master the art of profitable growth. Known for his blend of technical depth, operational command, and people-centered leadership, Eric has earned a reputation as the go-to builder of businesses—and the high-performing teams that sustain them.

Outside of work, Eric is driven by faith, family, and community. He actively supports initiatives in health, education, and the accounting and finance profession, believing in empowering others through knowledge and opportunity.
