As a Business Development Manager for ROARK, Jill consults mid-market businesses on their hiring and consulting needs. Her decades of experience doing corporate development and assisting clients with their financial needs before moving to executive search has prepared her to tackle any challenge a client may face. Her relationships are far and wide making her essential to any client she has a relationship with.

Jill is an active member of the banking and CPA community in Southern California, attending ACG of Orange County Events and hosting her own.

She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog when she is not busy helping clients.
